Eames Elephant is a chair designed in 1945 by Charles Ray Eames. They were originally made of plywood but never went into production. Now the elephant is available in durable polypropylene in seven playful matt colors that are perfect for indoor and outdoor use.
The plywood elephant was launched as a limited edition in 2007 but later became part of the Vitra range. The plastic version was launched later and is designed to be used as a functional toy for your child or as a stylish interior decoration that will delight both adults and children. The Eames Elephant is made entirely of molded polypropylene plastic. We recommend limited exposure to sunlight to maintain its vibrancy.
